Minerva Development was launched in 2010 with a mission to source and initiate great building projects in Brooklyn from the bottom up. Our focused approach—opportunity-driven, integrated across project phases, strictly local—is built on a framework of deep expertise in the boutique condominium market.

We began as a construction company in the local condominium space. Our deep experience allowed us to understand emerging development and investment opportunities in Brooklyn and impact projects from initiation to culmination.

Today, we're a one-stop-shop: project development and construction all under one roof. Co-Founder

Asaf Ringlheim

As Co-Founder of Minerva Development, Asaf Ringelhim has a vast experience in residential real estate. His current areas of focus at Minerva are innovating growth and partnership strategies, leading asset purchasing operations and investment sales transactions, and active construction inspection.

“Boots on the ground” is a key element of his business approach, and not just any boots—he's a familiar sight at every one of Minerva's projects. While he specializes in identifying and cultivating lucrative investment opportunities, his passion for delivering the optimal product drives him to oversee all project phases. From the beginning he understood that quality demands no short cuts. He endeavored to learn every aspect of residential real estate, from construction to real estate brokering to buying, improving, and selling assets.

Today, Asaf's familiarity with all aspects of the residential construction and real estate vertical allows him to be an active problem solver, able to meet the high standards of a premier clientele and maintain precise cost projections.

Co-Founder

Omri Bar-Mashiah

Omri Bar-Mashiach is a Co-Founder of Minerva Development. With more than a quarter-century of experience in the finance sector, Omri oversees the finance and funding aspects of Minerva projects, including all processes and approvals with building and development authorities.

Omri is a native New Yorker, born and raised in the city in a family of bankers and entrepreneurs. He attended George Washington University and earned degrees in both Mathematics and Economics.

In Omri's day-to-day, he leverages his innate understanding of the city and its unique urban aesthetic to set new standards for Minerva's success. His meticulous attention to detail and mastery of all regulatory processes allow him to work closely with banking authorities to provide a seamless, efficient, and cost effective experience for Minerva investors.

Abraham (Avi) Tapoohi

Avi Tapoohi is General Manager of Minerva Development. He is responsible for managing the company's day-to-day construction activities, including project management, sub-contractor operations, and quality assurance. Avi's leadership is on display daily in his visits to active project sites, which benefit from his deep knowledge of best practices in construction management.

Avi joined Minerva in 2016, in a role that allowed him to learn the details of the business from the ground-up. His passion and expertise add tremendous value, as he is able to successfully implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manuel Tale

Manuel Tale is Construction Manager for Minerva. With us from day one, Manuel is a knowledge leader in the trade with expertise across all construction phases and segments, including employee recruitment and training, oversight of site managers, and daily supervision of construction sites.

Manuel's leadership and insights are directly responsible for our ability to consistently deliver outstanding quality. His mastery of the practical elements of construction management ensure all buildings and units are constructed according to plan and to Minerva's high standards for quality and value.

Jessica Flores

Jessica Flores is Minerva's Assistant Project Manager & Office Manager. She arrived at Minerva in 2021, already with more than a decade of experience in the construction industry, with a focus in project management, building code operations, bookkeeping, and executive support.

Jessica is trusted with some of our office's most complex work. Her impact is felt daily, from expediting complex code and regulations issues to keeping the books balanced and managing mission-critical compliance processes. Jessica's expertise and diligence are essential to Minerva's success.
